Facebook Scam – INCREDIBLE This girl is rapped in the school buss

This is just gross! (the idea of it, not the video, as there isn’t one) This scam is exactly the same as the last one I posted about, girl leaves her cam on – why anyone would click this link is beyond me.  Although the picture is of a naked woman maybe people assume its just porn, however it does warn you of disturbing content. Seen on Facebook today I’m not sure if its spelt wrong on purpose – trying to do teen speak – or if its the bad spellers from the last few similar scams. Obviously you know […]

The British Tabloid Newspaper which is part of Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation The News of the World is selling its last publication on the 10th of July 2011, after the recent phone hacking scandal. Twitter and Facebook have been awash with tweets and posts about nothing else for a about an hour. The Sun to take over the Sunday slot? LOL this girl forgets to turn her cam off – Another Scam on Facebook.

I will be brief as I don’t want to bore  you – its the same old thing… This girl doesn’t forget to turn her cam off at all – its a scam. Facebook launches Video calling, how to add it to your account.

Today Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook announced the launch of Skype Video calling and Group chat for Facebook, we knew it was coming and now it is here.    I wonder if this was brought forward due to the launch of Google’s Google+. We were hoping for a Steve Jobs of Apple style announcement adding something we didn’t know about but it didn’t happen, Facebook thought this was breaking news enough. The video calling application will connect two users “in two easy steps” – unlike Google+ ‘s hangout where you can click one button and have up to 10 people in one […]

Facebook to start charging – spam spreading again.

No way! Since the beginning of this year there have been various rumours about Facebook charging as from August 2011. There have been groups started up and posts shared. This week we are seeing another type of  hoax viral message circulating Facebook that reads… This looks like the old chain mails you used to or maybe do still get reporting that Hotmail are going to start charging unless you forward the email, and of course if you forward, you won’t get charged.  Yeah right.  Same thing here, its saying that if you share this message your icon will turn blue and […]

Google+ Can you change extended Profile ID ?

I don’t know if you are like me but I hate numbers – I go to all lengths to avoid these numbers that they give us for personal links on various websites. So I’ve been trying to find out how to change the long number (its 21 digits!) on the Google+ Profile ID to my Google mail name.  which I thought was an option, but it has disappeared. The short answer  is that officially at present you cannot change the extended URL; while Google plus is on “Field Trial” When its out of trial  you should be able to do […]
