Glide Video Texting App

This Free Glide Video Texting App looks really cool. With Glide you are able to send video messages that are saved in the cloud to watch later or you can use the video to have real time chat.  With just one person or even in a group. To me, right now glide does sound just awesome. They just did one thing to let me down. Log in with Facebook The only down side for me is that you have to (at the moment) log in via Facebook.  However don't freak out, they are working on some other sign up options.  In one way signing up with Facebook does give the app some security.  As obviously its only people you call  your friends that can send you Glides.  However with a stand alone app you could have it so that only people you allow can send you video messages, maybe even with a code like BBM. Another thing I'm concerned with using Facebook or Twitter to sign in are the extra messages you will get, and I have seen reports of spam [...]

Graph Search – Facebook Safety Tips

By | July 11th, 2013|Categories: Tips and Tricks|

With Facebook's Graph Search being launched in its beta to everyone who uses Facebook in U.S English -  its always helpful to have a few Facebook Safety Tips.  People will be able to search for photos, places, and interests on Facebook, so these are the items you need to concentrate on, although Facebook said that it will be that everything eventually will be searchable . Nothing will appear in Graph Search unless you want it to, your privacy will remain intact as long as you use Facebook Correctly (So they say).   Graph search is personalised so if I searched for concerts my friends have been to, if someone checked in at say The Who concert at Wembley Arena like they did, it would appear in my search along with others of my friends that checked in at similar venues. How do I protect my privacy in Graph Search It all depends on how you post your statuses, photos, or posts to Facebook. Its your choice who you want to share your content with. Posting it as the first option is [...]

FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn an MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game)  is a relaunched version of Final Fantasy XIV (1.0)  Final Fantasy XIV/Legacy from 2010 which evidently was a bit of a flop.  The old version of the game was given an update in November 2012 but was ceased in December.   Since November 2012 Square Enix have been testing the new version of the FFXIV game in Alpha its now through to Beta Testing and is already available for preorder. An Epic and ever-changing FINAL FANTASY as you adventure and explore with friends from around the world. Experience all the hallmarks of the best-selling franchise - airships, chocobos, moogles, and more! Around a month ago I was lucky to notice that they are calling out for Beta testers, for PC and PlayStation so as a HUGE Final Fantasy Fan and a big fan of MMORPGs I signed up, not thinking I would really hear anything.  However soon after I found out that I had been selected. Testing was to commence that weekend - I was [...]
